My name is Taylor Drake. I am a private chef based in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area. My career in the hospitality industry began when I was 15 years old and through a diverse range of positions in the industry, I am now an experienced restauranteur ready to offer my skills to help curate the best experience for you. In addition to my hands on experience, I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration on Entrepreneurship from Radford University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business development. With exceptional communication skills, both written and in public speaking, I effectively convey my ideas and connect with diverse audiences. Growing up in Virginia, I adapted the “southern hospitality” that leaves clients feeling like they have been welcomed into a new family (the Heirloom family). I have spent years perfecting my craft and taking the time to learn the latest trends in addition to the food we all know and love.
